After betraying Chico Hammer member, Chico Lopez, at Last Man Standing 2013 with a spit to the face and costing them another chance at the PCW Tag-Team Championships, Shoop made matters worse in the 'Last Man Standing' Rumble jumping through the crowd and eliminating his former friend. With talks of a Shoop vs. Chico match at Extreme Measures PCW Management created a match that would create buzz in the PCW locker room the first ever, Break Out Star Ladder Match winner receiving a gaurenteed Inter-California Title shot whenever the winner choses in a one year time frame. Shoop and Chico were already in the match when management threw in high flyer, Virgil Flynn and power house Sledge! After a hard faught battle though Shoop Shellhammer climbed the ladder of success becoming the first ever, PCW Break Out Star!
